The bundle is sold at the price displayed on our website at the time of your order. Prices are in US dollars. The exact amount you will be charged, including any applicable US sales tax based on your shipping address, is shown to you at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We may change pricing, offers, and promotional terms at any time, and such changes apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Results vary from dog to dog and depend on factors including consistency, your dog's individual temperament, age, history, and health. We do not guarantee specific training outcomes. Our content is educational and is not a substitute for veterinary care, medical advice, or an individualized training plan from a qualified professional. If your dog shows signs of aggression, anxiety, pain, or any health issue, consult a qualified veterinarian or behaviorist.
Dog training involves physical activity for both you and your dog, including tugging, running, and jumping. By using the PULLER ring and following the course, you acknowledge and accept that these activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury to you, your dog, or others, and damage to property. You are responsible for assessing your dog's condition, choosing a safe environment, supervising every session, and stopping play if your dog or you show any sign of strain or injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLLARCOM Inc. is not responsible for injury, harm, or property damage arising from your use of the course content or the PULLER ring.
The course, bonuses, PULLER ring, and our website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLLARCOM Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the course or site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific training results will be achieved. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLLARCOM Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our site, course, or products, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COLLARCOM Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the course, bonuses, site, or PULLER ring, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
You agree to use our site, course, and products lawfully and only as intended. You may not attempt to disrupt our site, access it through unauthorized means, scrape or harvest content, or misuse the content in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
Any dispute between you and COLLARCOM Inc. arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of our course or products will first be addressed informally. Please contact us at support@pullermethod.com so we can work to resolve it directly.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the parties agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to resolve the dispute through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized US arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer arbitration rules. You and COLLARCOM Inc. each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights, or from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your purchase and supersede any prior communications.
Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Electronic communications. By using our site and placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and notices posted on our site.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, internet or platform outages, supply-chain interruptions, labor disputes, pandemics, or government actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
