Your 30-day money-back guarantee covers the full Power of Two: Transformation bundle — the digital course, the four bonuses, and the PULLER ring. If you ordered one or more additional PULLER rings as add-ons in the same order (for a second or third dog), those are covered too: when you request a refund, we refund your full order. The guarantee period begins on the date of your purchase.
Email support@pullermethod.com from the email address you used to order, any time within 30 days of your purchase. Let us know you'd like a refund. That's all we need — you don't have to explain why.
You do not need to ship the PULLER ring back to us. When we process your refund, the ring is yours to keep, give away, or pass on. There is no return shipping for you to arrange or pay for.
When your refund is issued, access to the digital course and bonuses is closed. The refund covers the full bundle, so the digital portion ends when the refund is complete.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card or account used at checkout, via Stripe or PayPal). Once we process your request, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The money-back guarantee applies to the first 30 days after purchase. After that window, we're no longer able to offer a refund. If you're having trouble with the course or product, contact us anytime — we'll always try to help.
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first at support@pullermethod.com. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is no-fine-print — we'd rather send you a refund directly than have your bank get involved. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can actually delay your refund, because once a bank dispute is open we have to respond through the bank's process instead of refunding you the same way.
