We collect a limited set of information:
When you make a purchase, your name, shipping address, and payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) on their own checkout pages. We do not collect or store your full payment card details or banking information. We receive only the order confirmation data needed to fulfill and ship your order.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We share information only with the providers that make our service work:

COLLARCOM Inc. does not sell your personal information for money. We do use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out of this sharing by emailing support@pullermethod.com or by using available browser controls such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Our site and products are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
