This Shipping Policy explains how the physical part of your order — the PULLER ring — is processed and delivered. Your digital course is delivered separately and instantly (see "Digital Course Delivery" below).
We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or US territories. If you have any questions about your address, please contact us before ordering. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, standard delivery within the United States typically takes up to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping is included in your order total. There are no separate shipping fees at checkout. Applicable US sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your PULLER on its way.
Physical orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network within the United States. If you order more than one PULLER ring, your order may be delivered in more than one package.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email support@pullermethod.com as soon as possible — we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If a package cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incomplete address, no one available to receive it, or the carrier being unable to leave it at the address) and is returned to the fulfillment center, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange re-shipment. Additional re-shipment costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or it arrives damaged or with the wrong size, email support@pullermethod.com with your order details and we'll help resolve it. To make sure we can replace or refund damaged items, please report any damage within 30 days of delivery — this matches the period of our money-back guarantee.
Your Power of Two: Transformation course and bonuses are delivered digitally. You receive access right after your purchase is confirmed — you don't need to wait for the PULLER to arrive to start the course.
